Booking details

Extended initial appointments (60mins or longer) are available if you have more than one problem, or if you have a complex problem, and may include hands on treatment, ultrasound, massage, taping or other treatments, including a treatment plan. to book these, please email us.
Follow up sessions may include manual therapy, deep tissue massage, ultrasound, exercise advice, clinical pilates. See our treatments page and services page for more detail.

For your wellbeing, Sports Massage and Alexander technique are also available.
