Booking and appointment details
Standard first/initial appointments are 45 mins long. Standard follow-up sessions are 30 mins long.
Providing quality care can take time, so extended initial and follow up appointments (45/60 mins or longer) are available. Longer sessions are suitable if you: have more than one problem, have a complex problem, would like a more comprehensive hands-on treatment in the first session. To book a non-standard initial appointment please email us.

Insurance bookings
We are recognised by all medical insurance companies as we are registered HCPC Chartered Physiotherapists. Direct billing is available for Bupa (provider code 80010987), AXA (provider code ZZ04002), WPA and Healix. For any other insurance company, including Aviva and Vitality, you can pay and self-claim using our official receipts, which detail our professional qualifications.
Please note that our online booking is not available for direct billing (Bupa and Axa). If you book online, you will be opting to self-pay, and you will receive an invoice for immediate payment.
How to make an Insurance booking
Bupa and Axa: email the clinic stating your insurance company, and you will be sent a registration form for completing with your insurance details, and an outcomes measures form (PROM). Check your junk mail if you have not received the forms.
